1. What types of photo frames do you offer?

We offer a wide range of photo frames including blank frames, customised frames, slogan/quote frames, name frames, crossword frames, collage frames, and themed artistic frames in multiple sizes.

2. Can I customise my photo frame?

Yes! You can personalise your frame with names, dates, slogans, quotes, collages, or theme-based designs. Just share your details with us while placing the order, and we’ll create a frame made just for you.

3. What sizes are available?

Our frames are available in various sizes such as 8"x12", 12"x18", 16"x20", 18"x24", and 24"x36" (poster size). Custom sizes may also be arranged on request.

4. What materials are the frames made of?

We use high-quality polyester frames, MDF backing, and acrylic/glass fronts to ensure durability, clarity, and long-lasting use.

5. How long will delivery take?

  • Within India: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on location but usually take 7–15 business days.

6. Do you charge for shipping?

  • India: Shipping charges are already included in the final product price.

  • International: Shipping charges are applied separately at checkout.

7. Can I return or exchange a frame?

Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please ensure the product is in its original condition while requesting a return.

8. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

9. Are customised frames eligible for return?

Customised frames (with names, photos, slogans, etc.) are not eligible for return, unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

10. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via email/WhatsApp so you can check your order status anytime.

11. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We accept bulk and corporate gifting orders. Please contact us directly for special pricing and designs.
